Servus Corp Senior ManagementRichard Mulready (right), Bob Walsh (left), and Dave Fagone collectively have 90 years of experience in the real estate industry.  More importantly, they have developed a staff of professionals who bring unsurpassed quality, the highest level of integrity, and a warm and caring style to every assignment.  As Richard has often said, “After all, our only real asset is our people”.

Richard T. Mulready, Chairman and CEO Founded Servus in 1975.  His real estate career, which spans more than thirty-five years, began in mortgage banking and lending, and evolved to include property management, brokerage, development and consulting. He has developed Class A office buildings, structured parking garages, residential facilities and industrial buildings.  Richard served 8 years in the Connecticut State Legislature as a State Representative from the 20th Assembly District in West Hartford.  During his term, he served as the Chairman of the Finance, Revenue and Bonding Committee and was a member of the Insurance and Real Estate Committee.  Richard earned an MBA, with a specialization in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics from UCLA.

  • Board of Directors of the Greater Hartford Chamber of Commerce,

David Fagone, President and Director of Property Management began his career with Servus in January 1986.  He is responsible for supervision, planning and directing the daily property management operations for the four million square feet of properties under the management.  Dave has managed many of Servus' premier properties including One Financial Plaza, 55 Farmington Avenue and Constitution Plaza. He works closely with all property management staff, reviews operating reporting and budgeting, maintains client relations and coordinates mechanical and contracted services. In December 1997 Dave became a shareholder in Servus and he was promoted to President in 2004. Dave is a graduate of Framingham State College, Framingham, MA, and holds the Real Property Administrator (RPA) designation.

He has/does serve as:

  • Trustee of the BOMI Institute, Annapolis MD
  • President of Greater Hartford Chapter of the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA)
  • Multiple positions on BOMA’s Executive Committee
  • Certified Instructor for BOMI’s RPA and FMA Course Curriculum
  • Certified Facilitator for BOMI’s short course, “Ethics is Good Business”
  • Commissioner of the Simsbury Fire District

Robert T Walsh, Vice Chairman has been a shareholder in Servus since 1978 in addition to owning his own insurance and travel agency in West Hartford.  Bob serves our strategist and senior staff liaison, and shares responsibility for corporate growth initiatives.  He is also a key individual handling our human resource issues.  Bob brings 50 years of business wisdom to the firm.  He has participated in multiple real estate development deals and continues to play an active role in the day-to-day operations of the company.   Bob owns and manages a portfolio of investment properties in the Greater Hartford area.
